Black Beauty is like new again...well kind of.

Last May my car (2004 Honda Civic aka Black Beauty) went through a good old Minnesota hail storm. I was at work and my car was on the other side of town (they bused us in due to lack of parking). I received a page at work and called the number to have my mom tell me that the north side of town saw golf ball size hail. I swear I turned green right then and there. Which brings me to this week, where my ding guy took my car and brought her back to normal. It was good to see her again all looking good until I looked at the hood of my car and saw that there was a small paint flaked chip taken out on it. This makes me sad in the sense that my car isn't perfect anymore. But then again isn't it the imperfections that things have which make them special to us? I wish I had a story to go with the chip but I guess I'm just glad to have my Black Beauty back. -Beener
