After getting such strong feedback from everyone on their favorite Chipolte treat, I decided I must have gotten the wrong thing and needed to try it again. Being that it is Friday, what is a better way to kick off the weekend than eating a something that is going to make you spend the better part of your evening on the pot? I decided to go with the Carnitas soft shell tacos and was very happy with my decision. I wouldn't call it out of this world or something to write home about, but I did enjoy it immensely in comparison with the steak.
